I worked remotely with the RITEGROUP team as product lead — mapping operational requirements, planning the product and shaping the solution architecture, then supporting delivery and deployment.

Facilities teams needed one place to see maintenance, assets, vendors and compliance instead of separate lists and messages.

The platform connects maintenance, asset, vendor and workforce records so that each step of a job updates the information the next step needs.

Planned and requested maintenance is scheduled and assigned through a defined workflow.

Assets carry their own records, so work history and status stay attached to the equipment.

Vendor work is assigned and tracked within the same process as internal work.

Dashboards give managers visibility of workforce activity and operational status.
